Game Day Mansion is a sprawling 4,570 sq ft luxury retreat in Port Charlotte, perfect for group getaways of up to 16 guests. This unique home features a private heated pool, outdoor kitchen, BBQ, mini-golf, pickleball court, and an exciting arcade room. With two fully equipped kitchens and ample space, it's ideal for large families or friends seeking an unforgettable Florida vacation.
Bedrooms (6 total, sleeps 16): Bedroom 1 (1st Floor): Queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, closet Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): King bed, ensuite bathroom, closet Bedroom 3 (1st Floor): Two queen beds, TV, closet Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): Queen bed, TV, shares Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 5 Bedroom 5 (2nd Floor): Queen bed + bunk bed, TV, shares Jack-and-Jill bathroom with Bedroom 4 Bedroom 6 (2nd Floor): Master king suite, ensuite bathroom, TV, private balcony All bedrooms feature high-quality mattresses, room-darkening shades for restful sleep, and ample closet space.
Bathrooms (5 full): Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a hair dryer, fresh towels, and washcloths. Tiled walk-in showers and modern fixtures.
Kitchens (2 fully equipped): Granite counters, stainless steel appliances. Keurig coffee maker. Full-size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave. Gourmet knife set, all necessary cookware and utensils. Main kitchen boasts a stunning large island and a double wall oven.
Living & Entertainment Areas: Open-concept floor plan connecting a modern living room with a retro dining area. Seven large flat-screen HDTVs with Netflix, Disney+, and Samsung TV. Dedicated arcade room featuring NASCAR racing, Golden Tee Golf, Ms. Pac-Man, bowling, and a boxing machine. Full-size practice pickleball court. Private heated pool with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, and mini-golf putting green. High-speed Wi-Fi (50 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire "Mansion Luxe" property, ensuring complete privacy and enjoyment of all amenities. The only exception is a private, locked supply closet.
Self Check-in: Convenient self check-in is available any time after 4:00 PM using a smart lock system. A unique access code will be provided to you on your arrival day.
We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless, self check-in experience. While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available via phone or message to assist with any questions or needs that may arise, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
Health & Safety: We maintain a strict and thorough cleaning protocol, including meticulous sanitization of all frequently touched surfaces. For your peace of mind, the house is equipped with fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, and a security camera located in the front walkway. Laundry: Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer, complete with complimentary detergent pods and dryer sheets. Flexible Bookings: "Mansion Luxe" offers flexible booking options to accommodate various travel timelines, whether for business or leisure.

House Rules
• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays
• No Smoking of ANY KIND inside or infront the unit (Only permitted in the outdoor of the house)
• No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Extra guests not stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
• No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture. (unless otherwise specified)
• No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.
• No Pre-Check in Bag Storage. (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee)
• No Pets allowed
• No Loitering in front of the house/disturbing neighbors.
• No loud noise or music past 9 PM. Please respect the neighbors, especially while enjoying the backyard patio.
• Please do not flush bulk toilet paper or feminine products in the toilet bowl to prevent clogging.
• Damaged or Missing Property: Guests are liable for any damaged and/or theft at the property caused by the guest, their visitors, or other persons present in the unit during the guest’s stay. This includes damage to rooms, art fixtures, furnishings, electronics and kitchen equipment.

50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refund within 7 days of check-in.
